Oh yes, the why question of a toddler. We too ask why. Rest in the answers from God’s Word and how that must point us to our eternal promise.

Following God’s Lead – Sharing His Word
For many years my focus and priorities were shaped around the farm. We worked hard, played hard, and worshiped when there was time. My faith has always been unwavering and as our family grew older, I started getting involved on various church boards. However, it wasn’t until I attended a faith renewal weekend a few years ago that all of a sudden, I was looking at my faith through a new lens. I realized I had never tapped into my faith potential. Now worship and serving Jesus Christ is my priority. As a result, I have a better relationship with God, and everyone around me. It is truly amazing how this has had a positive influence on our operation and a renewed appreciation for all that we have.
This is when writing a monthly devotion came to fruition. I have provided a devotion for our church newsletter every month since 2014 and decided to share a few of them on this blog. Yes, I am still active with the church and support many outreach projects. I cherish the thought of where God will lead me next.
My intention with these devotions is to come up with different ways to give you something to ponder. Providing insight about how your daily activities can or need to circle back to God. As you know, part of life is getting consumed with busy schedules and the necessity to be reminded of where our focus should be. I pray this monthly devotion will ignite your desire to dig deeper into God’s Word and to seek Him daily.
The Lord has richly blessed me in so many ways and it is my aspiration to expose you to His Grace as well. Please reach out to me anytime. I would love to visit with you, not only about what I do on the farm, but about the loving God whom I serve. Once again, I will post a devotion each month, so check in and discover a new perspective of “Following God’s Lead – Sharing His Word”.
